Poppy Simpson

Sales Support Analyst
Bachelor of Advanced Business (Honours)

Why TFA?
I was drawn to TFA because Toyota is a globally respected brand known for its innovation and commitment to excellence. What stood out most to me was the rotational structure of the graduate program. As someone still shaping their career path, the opportunity to gain exposure to different areas of the business really appealed to me. The flexibility to explore, learn, and discover where I can add the most value is what ultimately made me choose TFA.

Favourite Experience
One of my favourite experiences was attending the TFA Conference during my first week in the program. It was an incredible introduction to the company and a great opportunity to meet and network with people from across the company, all around Australia. The event was fun, engaging, and gave me a strong sense of TFA’s culture and the supportive, connected community within the organisation.
