Application Process

Apply online

We are looking for graduates who share our values, mission and vision so be sure to include these throughout the application in both your chronological resume and 60 second video. We are excited for your interest in Toyota.
Phone interview

If successful in your application we’ll give you a call to talk further about your motivation to join Toyota and we’ll tell you more about the program. We’ll ask a few Behavioural Questions and are hopeful that you will use the STAR technique (Situation, Task, Action, Result) when responding with closely related examples.
Online testing

When progressing into the next stage, you will be invited to complete an online psychometric test which will include a verbal and numerical assessment.
Assessment Centre

If you’ve been successful in the previous rounds we will invite you to an in person assessment centre at one of our Toyota locations. A mix of group and one-on-one activities allow us to get to know you better and for you to experience Toyota firsthand. You will also be invited to an Information Session so you know what to expect and how to prepare for the Graduate Assessment centres for this stage.
Compliance including Reference and background checks

When you get to this stage, you are very close to being part of the Toyota family.
