Graduate Program

Our Australia Grad Program is a rotational program that allows you to explore different business units at eBay and learn about different projects that help improve the lives of our sellers. We are dedicated to ensuring that everyone who goes through our Australia Grad Program learns and develops new professional skills.  Our Australia Grad Program begins in January and we’re looking forward to welcoming our incoming cohort with our ‘O’ week kick off.

If you're interested in pursuing a career in ecommerce but not sure where to start, eBay's graduate program could be the perfect fit for you. The 24-month program offers a structured experience where you can explore different business units and learn about projects that enhance the lives of our sellers and buyers. From marketing, to engineering, to product and finance, each business unit will see you learn how global companies are run.

Throughout this program you will learn, discover, and contribute to our growing organisation by:

• Completing two rotations across a range of business units
• Growing within a dynamic team with on the job experience
• Being mentored by experienced leaders who will work with you to achieve your career goals
