1. Application Review
   • We’ll be receiving applications up until March 23rd 2026 and will be in touch with you thereafter or sooner to update you on any next steps.
2. Graduate Questionnaires Issued
   • Once we’ve reviewed your application, if you’re successful in moving forward you’ll be issued a Graduate Questionnaire email within or prior to 2 weeks of receipt of the Graduate Questionnaire.  Remember to keep an eye out in your spam and junk mail (just in case it goes there) and try to submit these in a timely manner to ensure we can keep all applicants up to date as quickly as possible.
3. Phone Call with Recruiter
   • Once you’ve submitted your response to the Questionnaire our Talent Acquisition Partner and our hiring team will review all the submissions from those selected to decide who to move forward.
   • Our Talent Acquisition partner will phone you for a quick update and /or follow up email to advise of, or setup any next steps.
4. Virtual Video Interview Issued
   • You’ll be issued a Virtual Video Interview to complete as part of our process if you’re selected to move forward and if you are successful in passing that round the Recruiter will be in touch and will issue a creative video challenge as a next step. 
5. Video Assignment
   • If you’re successful in making it to this stage, you’ll be issued a Creative Video Assignment to complete. This will be a great opportunity to flex your engagement and creative skills as you’re assessed on confidence, communication, dynamism, logic and overall presentation.
6. Video Reviews
   • Our Hiring Team will then assess all video assignments and let you know if you were successful in moving forward to the Interview stage.
7. Assessment Centre & Meet with the Business
   • If you’re successful in passing the earlier rounds, we’ll look to arrange for you to come in on site to our eBay office for an assessment centre session (Date TBC) and this will mean you will take part in tasks on the day and have interviews with members of our teams in the Business.
8. Offer
   • Once our Business Team member Assessment Centre & Interview debriefs have occurred following on from the Assessment Centres our Talent Acquisition Partner will connect with the People Business Partner & Business team interviewers to determine who will be offered a spot on our Graduate Program.
   • The Talent Acquisition Partner will be in touch to update you on the outcome of this discussion and will also be your point of contact for all Graduate Program related queries once you submit your application.
   • Once we have filled all Graduate Program spots, we will do a final update to advise all candidates of their final status if they have not already been updated.
