Elina Sawale joined Fujitsu’s 2024 Graduate Program as a Graduate in People & Culture. During her program, she rotated across several areas, including Human Resource Business Partnering, the Office of Purpose, and Learning & Development. These rotations gave her the opportunity to build a strong understanding of each team, contribute to their objectives, and explore different career pathways within People & Culture.

At the conclusion of the program, Elina transitioned into Fujitsu’s Global Learning & Development team within Employee Experience, stepping into the role of Employee Experience Specialist. In this position, she has contributed to a range of projects designed to enhance the employee experience and strengthen Fujitsu’s culture.

So early in her career, Elina is already demonstrating what’s possible at Fujitsu for our early career professionals. Her opportunity to contribute to a global team and develop the skills needed to drive large-scale programs and projects highlights the unique experiences and exposure Fujitsu offers to our graduates.

Lily Ferguson

2023 Graduate, Office of Purpose
Bachelor of Arts

Lily Ferguson joined Fujitsu in 2023 as a Graduate in the Office of Purpose. Throughout her graduate journey, she contributed meaningfully to the Office of Purpose team by supporting initiatives across diversity, equity and inclusion as well as sustainability. Following the program, Lily has been promoted to Environmental Sustainability Specialist, where she continues to thrive and play a key role in driving Fujitsu’s strategy and impact. 

Beyond her graduate role, Lily has been actively involved in Fujitsu’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion groups. This experience has allowed her to connect with colleagues from all areas of the business, broaden her perspectives on workplace inclusion, and help shape a culture where everyone feels valued.

Reflecting on her experience, Lily shares:

Elle Le Faou joined Fujitsu in 2023 as a Graduate in Corporate Communications, where she quickly made her mark by contributing meaningfully to the internal and external communications team. During her graduate program, Elle honed her skills in communication, creative design, and employee engagement laying a strong foundation for her future career.

After completing the graduate program, Elle transitioned into the People and Culture team as the Change Lead for Oceania, contributing to a global transformation initiative. In this leadership role, she has embraced complex challenges and accelerated her career by driving impactful change across the region. Her journey reflects a commitment to growth, adaptability, and purpose-led leadership.
