Application Process

We’ve listened to you! We are listening to candidate feedback and industry best practice by simplifying the application process for our 2027 Graduate Program. We won’t be asking you to complete video interviews and attend assessment centres. Our key application dates:

Applications Open: 7th September 2026
Applications Close: 1st October 2026
Online Assessment: 2nd October 2026 - 6th October 2026
Panel Interviews: 21st October - 27th October 2026
Final Interviews: from 2nd November 2026
2027 Graduate Program Start Date: February 2027

Recruitment Process:

Online Application

This is an opportunity to stand out and detail who you are, your studies, skills, and experiences. To avoid delays, don’t leave your application until the last minute!
Aptitude Testing

You will be required to complete a timed online aptitude test which is used to measure mental reasoning ability.
Panel Interview

Successful applicants will be invited to attend a panel interview where you will meet with a diverse group of managers. A great opportunity to ask any questions and find out about their experiences.
Final Interview

You will meet with hiring managers for your graduate role. The purpose of this meeting is to get to know you better, we encourage you to share your education, relevant experience and interest in role and Fujitsu.
