The DTP Graduate Program is a two-year, full-time development opportunity for early-career professionals who want to help shape the future of transport and planning in Victoria.

The first year focuses on embedding into DTP’s operations, culture and priorities. The second year supports deeper engagement, skill-building and career preparation. Our purpose is to help every graduate build the confidence and practical know-how to thrive as they take the next steps in their career journey.

  • Be part of a program designed to build a strong pipeline of STEM talent for Victoria's expanding transport and road infrastructure
