The first year focuses on embedding into DTP’s operations, culture and priorities. The second year supports deeper engagement, skill-building and career preparation. • Be part of a program designed to build a strong pipeline of STEM talent for Victoria's expanding transport and road infrastructure
• Gain hands-on experience through structured rotations across different disciplines within the department
• Contribute to making Victoria’s transport network safer, greener and more accessible
• Rotate across two teams to explore different parts of DTP
