Through our DTP STEM Graduate Program and DTP Legal Program, we offer hands-on experience, structured rotations, and mentoring to help you grow and succeed. You’ll work on projects that shape how Victorians move and live, from public transport upgrades to urban planning.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the heart of what we do. We proudly support First Nations peoples, LGBTIQ+ communities, people with disability, culturally diverse backgrounds, and women.

We are committed to building a strong pipeline of new talent. If you want meaningful work that makes a difference, your career starts here.
