We recruit graduates throughout the year, with formal intakes typically occurring annually across Tradelink locations nationwide.

Step 3: Interview & Assessment

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview with our team and complete some basic psychometric assessments to help us better understand your strengths and potential.

Step 4: Pre-Employment Checks

Successful candidates will complete reference checks and standard pre-employment requirements.

Step 5: Offer & Onboarding
