Diversity & Inclusion

TBH is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can feel comfortable to be their full selves at work. We embrace diversity in all forms through respect for our people, their families, and our communities as we believe our ongoing success is the result of an environment that nurtures talent and promotes diversity.

Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee is chaired by TBH’s CEO and includes representatives from across the business.  We have identified three priority areas:

  • Gender equity
  • Cultural diversity
  • Family, caring & work-life balance

We launched our new DEI strategy to celebrate International Women’s Day earlier this year, and outlined our deliverables for 2025, and the progress we have made so far around gender equity.
