Whilst each of our Graduate Programs have a tailored selection process, they each follow the same basic stages.
Step One - Resume and Application
- Submit your application via the advertised job link, this will include a request for a resume and response to short-answer questions
- Be sure to submit your application before the advertised deadline as late applicatons are not accepted
Step Two - Online Assessment
- Select candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment
- This could include behavioural questions, technical assessments, coding challenges or business principles questions
- This will often include a video response
- Please be sure to read instructions carefully and complete well before the deadline
Step Three - Assessment Centre
- Candidates who proceed to assessment centre will be invited to attend either an in-person of virtual assessment centre
- You'll meet SEEkers who you could one day be working with
- You'll undertake elements of a behavioural interview, and depending on which program you have applied to you could also take part in coding challenges, case study interviews and pair programming assessments
- You may also be invited to a final interview post assessment centre
Step Four - Offers
- We like to move quick, so once we feel you're right for SEEK, we'll do a few checks such as working rights for the relevant locations and then we'll make an offer!
