Decades of research shows that everyone benefits from more diverse, inclusive and equitable environments. These three components -  diversity, inclusion and equity – are the key to belonging which is our focus at KWM.

Our approach to this space is innovative. We take an intersectional approach. This means a few different things:

-We recognise that each an every one of us has multiple identities. These identities impact where and when we feel like we belong.
-We prioritise the lived and living experience of our people. Listening to our peoples’ experiences informs what we do in our programs and policies.
-By listening to our people’s experiences, we can identify and work to dismantle the barriers they may face. This drives meaningful, sustainable changes.

We prioritise mental health and wellbeing as a means of maintaining sustainable high performance, and driving an inclusive workplace. We want to enable our people to look after themselves and one another – physically and mentally, which aids the building of meaningful relationships, engaging in the workplace, and feeling safe and confident to share ideas and feedback.
