Who are we?
Our Group consists of energy infrastructure company Jemena and asset service delivery company Zinfra.
Jemena has been providing safe, secure, and reliable energy to Australians for more than 100 years and Zinfra is a leading delivery partner to the utility infrastructure sector providing a comprehensive range of engineering, project management, construction, operations and maintenance services.
If you haven’t heard of us before, we deliver energy to one in five Australian homes and businesses and own and operate more than $12 billion worth of assets and some of the country’s most exciting energy projects. With a footprint spanning across Australia, each year we partner with, sponsor, and donate to a range of not-for-profit and community organisations that support people living in the communities where we operate.
We’re at the forefront of some of the country’s most innovative and interesting renewable energy projects, which are testing the application of renewable gases such as hydrogen and biomethane, as well electric vehicles, and solar generation.

Our two-year development program is designed to develop talented individuals from a range of academic backgrounds, including engineering, finance, digital, and commerce. Application Process
Step 1: Application
Submit your application through our online portal. Make sure to include your resume, cover letter, and any other required documents.
Step 2: Online Assessments
Once your application is reviewed, you may be invited to complete a series of online assessments.
Step 3: Phone Screen
If you pass the online assessments, you will be contacted for a phone screen. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about you and for you to ask any initial questions about the role and our company.
Step 4: In-Person Interviews
Successful candidates from the phone screen will be invited to in-person interviews. During these interviews, you will meet with members of our team and discuss your qualifications, experiences, and how you can contribute to our projects and initiatives.
Step 5: Online Checks
As part of our due diligence, we will conduct online checks, including reference checks and background verification, to ensure all information provided is accurate and complete.
Step 6: Offer of Employment
If you successfully pass all the previous stages, you will receive an offer of employment. We will provide you with all the necessary details about your role, benefits, and next steps to join our team.
