GLOBAL TRAINEE – HILTI OUTPERFORMER PROGRAM

Program design

• 12 months in Account Management or Field Engineering at your home country
• 3 months operational project at your home country
• 6 months strategic project in your region (Asia), e.g. in marketing, finance, HR
• 3 months international assignment out of your region (out of Asia)

Desired skills and experience

• A master degree in Business or Engineering, with less than 3 years working experience
• International experience through studies, internships or working in a multi-national company
• Engaged in activities beyond studies and demonstrate great leadership skills
• Passionate about learning a business from the ground up in order to one day lead the business
• Team player with excellent analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in English and can speak the local language of the country you apply
• Willing to relocate internationally for both short and long term
