Bega Group RISE Graduate Program

Bega Group graduates will undertake a comprehensive 2-year rotational program with a focus on technical knowledge and skills, business acumen and personal development opportunities to prepare you for an exciting career.

You will work on day-to-day activities to support your immediate team, as well as engaging in challenging and meaningful projects. You will be in a highly supportive and collaborative environment that promotes flexibility and a respectful and caring culture.

You will develop soft and hard skills, as well as gain the resources to cultivate a broad network, setting you up for success into the future. We are committed to providing our graduates with broad experiences through our diverse range of products and brand portfolio, so they can continue to grow and succeed. 

Highlights include;

• Three 8-month rotations providing in-depth experience across key business functions.
• Development and support including; a comprehensive induction, on-the-job learning, and mentors for professional development.
• A Dedicated Rotational Manager for technical development in each function, and a Bega Group ‘buddy’ to familiarise yourself with the Bega Group environment.
