Through the First Peoples pathway, Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander graduates are supported to build meaningful careers in an inclusive and culturally safe public service.

Please note: the Victorian Government graduate program has now closed. Applications for the First Peoples pathway remain open until Sunday 24 May 2026 to support continued engagement and outreach with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants.
