Career Accelerator Programs - Cadet 2027 - Greater Sydney

In this role, you'll:

• work across a variety of teams and projects in Sydney and surrounding metropolitan communities

• contribute to meaningful work – whether it’s upgrading roads, shaping sustainable environmental plans, managing project impacts, developing learning programs or supporting game changing infrastructure like the Sydney Metro

• build your capability through employee networks, structured learning and career development 

 

About you

Our Cadet program is for students in their second-last or final year of an undergraduate degree at university at time of commencing the program.

You’ll:

• gain flexible, paid work experience aligned to your studies

• be placed in one team for the program duration

• gain exposure to meaningful projects

• build connections that support your future career 

 

This program runs for up to two years, depending on whether you are in your second-last or final year of study when you join. For example, students in their second-last year will enter a two-year program.
