Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Maintain systematic filing of all finance records and ensure data integrity across systems. Manage accounting for multiple entities (3–5 holding companies), ensuring timely consolidation and reporting. Liaise effectively with external accountants, auditors, corporate secretarial, and tax agents. Assist with ad-hoc finance projects as needed. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Accounting. Having a professional certification (LCCI, ACCA, CPA, etc.) would be a huge bonus. 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance (but fresh graduates are also welcome). Able to perform a full set of accounts independently. Proficient in accounting systems (Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and skilled in Excel. Strong multitasking and time management skills. Meticulous, reliable, and organized with great attention to detail. Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only.
