About the program

Our 12-month Technology Graduate Program builds deep expertise in a chosen specialisation, while offering broad exposure through elective rotations. Graduates gain hands-on experience with technologies like Salesforce, Workday, AWS, Python, Node.js, TypeScript, SQL, Spark, and Databricks, and develop core skills in areas such as security, devops, programming, and systems engineering.

• Explore a 9-month core placement in your chosen stream: Security, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, or Customer Technology (SaaS), where you'll gain hands-on experience in your chosen field 
• Expand your skills with a 3-month elective rotation, exploring another IT stream to broaden your understanding of our technology landscape
• Learn from world-class technologists with diverse global experience. Choose a mentor to guide you through your SEEK journey and support you throughout the 1-year program.

We’re looking for curious, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about using tech to create great customer experiences. You're a natural team player who challenges the status quo to find the best solutions, and you value inclusivity and diversity, just like we do.

To be eligible to apply: 

• You are in the final year of your degree or have recently completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any field (preferably Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or Software Engineering). 
• You have graduated within 2 years of applying with no more than 2 years work experience in a relevant IT-related role.  
• You are a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident.
