Mars 2027 Leadership Experience Program – Procurement (Australia)

🚀 Start your career with real impact from day one

At Mars, we don’t believe graduates should sit on the sidelines.

From your very first day, you’ll step into a real role, work on meaningful projects, and be trusted to make an impact across our business. In Procurement, that means helping source the materials, services and partnerships that keep some of the world’s most iconic brands moving.

And yes... the products are pretty iconic too. Think MARS®, SNICKERS®, MALTESERS®, SKITTLES®, EXTRA®, BEN’S ORIGINAL™, DOLMIO®, PEDIGREE®, WHISKAS®, ROYAL CANIN® and more.

  • ⚡ Step into a real role from day one
  • 🔄 Complete 2 x 12-month rotations across our business
  • 🌟 Learn from experienced leaders and mentors
  • 🧠 Build commercial, leadership and business skills
  • 🚀 Work on real projects with real responsibility
  • 🧡 Join a supportive graduate cohort you’ll grow alongside

We have offices and sites across Australia and New Zealand, so we’re looking for graduates who are open-minded, curious, and excited to explore different experiences and locations.

About the Procurement Stream

Procurement at Mars is about far more than buying products or negotiating costs.

Our Procurement teams play a critical role in shaping business strategy, building supplier partnerships, driving innovation, improving sustainability outcomes, and ensuring we can continue delivering the products our consumers love.

This is a highly collaborative and commercially focused stream where you’ll work across functions, markets and categories to solve real business challenges. One day you could be analysing spend data and market trends, the next supporting supplier negotiations, partnering on sustainability initiatives, or helping drive innovation projects across the business.
