We have factories and offices across Australia and New Zealand, so we’re looking for graduates who are open-minded, curious, and excited to explore different experiences and locations.

About the Engineering Stream

Engineering plays a huge role in helping Mars create high-quality products in a safe, efficient and sustainable way.

This is a hands-on stream where no two days are the same. One day you could be improving factory operations, the next troubleshooting equipment issues, leading a project, or helping reduce environmental impact across our sites.

Potential rotations may include:

  • Project Engineering
  • Reliability Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering

📍 Location

  • Wyong, New South Wales (Victoria)
  • Wodonga, Victoria (Australia)

We provide relocation support to graduates who are moving for their role, helping make the transition to a new location as smooth as possible.

Preferred Degrees

Mechanical or Process Engineering preferred, however we welcome applications from all Engineering disciplines.

Eligibility

You can apply if you:

  • Are an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident, and
  • Will have completed your bachelor’s or postgraduate degree before the program starts
