At Mars, our Field Sales Representatives are the link between our brands and the stores where shoppers see them every day. You will work face to face with retailers, solve real world problems, and help some of Australia’s most loved brands show up at their best.

As a Field Sales Representative, you are the face of Mars in your local supermarkets and retailers.
You will be responsible for a group of stores in your territory, visiting them regularly to make sure our products are available, visible, and set up for success.
This role is not about cold calling or sitting behind a desk. It is about building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning plans into action in store.
Visit stores in your territory to check stock levels, shelf space, displays, and promotions
Work directly with store managers and teams to agree on actions, such as improving shelf layouts, increasing stock, or setting up promotional displays
Ensure our brands are easy to find and look great on shelf so shoppers cannot miss them
Use sales data and insights to understand what is selling well and what is not, then take action to fix issues or unlock growth
Plan and manage your own schedule and territory, deciding where to focus your time for the biggest impact
Share insights with your wider team, celebrating wins and learning from challenges together
No two days are the same. You will be on the road within your local area for day travel only, meeting people, solving problems, and seeing the direct impact of your work in store.

We are looking for people who bring:

Comfort being on the road most days, working independently but never alone
You will also need:
A current driver’s licence
Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency at the time of application
