Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Industrial Engineering and manufacturing experts to understand complex operational challenges and design innovative, data-driven solutions that support Autonomous Factory and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large-scale production and operational data to uncover insights, identify improvement opportunities, and support the development of advanced analytics, AI-enabled applications, dashboards, and digital solutions.
  • Data & Reporting Enhancement: Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance data collection, integration, visualization, and reporting capabilities, enabling faster and more informed decision-making.
  • Project Management & Coordination: Support project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination for digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Communication & Knowledge Transfer: Develop and present project updates, findings, and recommendations to engineering teams and management review platforms, and facilitate user training and knowledge transfer to drive successful solution adoption.

  • Applied Digital Experience: Acquire practical experience in leveraging data analytics, AI, and digitalization technologies to address complex manufacturing and operational challenges.
  • Industry 4.0 Exposure: Gain exposure to Autonomous Factory and Industry 4.0 concepts, including data-driven decision-making, process automation, and smart manufacturing solutions.
  • Technical Skill Development: Enhance technical competencies in data analysis, visualization, automation, and solution development through participation in real-world projects.
  • Professional & Soft Skills: Develop professional skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation.
  • Manufacturing Domain Knowledge: Build a strong understanding of manufacturing operations while working in a collaborative and multicultural environment alongside experienced engineering professionals.

 

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 

 

  • Educational Background: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex datasets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: A passion for learning and innovation, coupled with effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Work Ethic & Collaboration: A self-motivated and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VBA), PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Data & Analytics Tools: Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), as well as programming languages such as Python and SQL.
  • AI & Digital Technologies: Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and technologies, including Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or related digital technologies.
  • Industry Interest: Interest in Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, and Autonomous Factory solutions.
  • Preferred intake: Jan 27 - May/ June 27.
