What You Will Do

• Contribute to holistically drive supply chain risk management including Sustainability.
• Support our capability building journey by developing suppliers and purchasing training.
• Deep dive into trends and sustainable sourcing strategies of key commodities.
• Build digital features and analyses for sustainability data.
• Work in cross-functional project teams (e.g. Corporate Sustainability).

Required Skills and Abilities

• Passion for Sustainability and innovation.
• Excellent presentation skills, high assertiveness, and ability to establish trustful relationships across multiple functions and to leadership.
• Strong initiative, critical thinking, and commitment to quality work, and able to handle projects independently.
• Ability to work on various tasks in parallel.
• Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent English (written, oral).
• True team player: team results matter more than an individual agenda.
