Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Commercial Leasing & Lending.

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to registering of line to secure an asset and thereafter ensuring adequate reporting. In filings, you would be required to register a line with county & state basis the type of product & value (guidelines set up by client).  

This can be done through physical filings, e-filings wherever possible & API filings. It would involve original filings, extensions, refiling, terminations, etc. 

What You Will Do 

• Checking the necessary details from SOS websites to download recording # & Date. 
• Processing other transaction activities & business reporting. 
• Ability to manage large volumes. 
• Update daily tracker with correct information of filings. 
• Complete the allocation work within the time frame given. 
• Update the check list daily. 
• Documentation of current / future state processes. 
• Complete the Filings allocation. 
• 100% Accuracy with individual ownership. 
• Managing Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual volume. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Any Graduate. 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Operations Background: Fresher can also apply. 
• Strong Excel skills.  
• Good communication skills & highly proactive approach. 
• Ability to manage & prioritize deliverables. 
• Ability to learn and apply new processes and tools.
