The Programme 

Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, RTR Accountant. 

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented accountant to join our team in Gurgaon. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an added advantage.  

This role requires working in the US shift and daily work from the office. 

 What You Will Do 

• Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. 
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes. 
• Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and general ledger accounts. 
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. 
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning and analysis. 
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. 
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics for financial data management and reporting. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Graduate in Commerce or a Chartered Accountant. 
• Previous experience in General accounting, Journal Entities. 
• Strong English language skills (verbal and written). 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: 

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or experience in working on ERPs like SAP. 
• Graduate in Commerce or a Chartered Accountant.
