The Job

The Exact Asia Development Center (Exact ADC) is the international development center of Exact, one of Europe’s largest suppliers of business software applications. With our software development approach we have become a market leader with a strong international presence and users in over 125 countries.

What you will do

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

• Timely cash application from customers, including receipt, reconciliation and application of cash payment as well as chargebacks and other exception processing for APAC and EUROPE Region
• Prepare regularly the details of unallocated/unidentified receipts for local companies further actions
• Liaise with regional credit controllers on the clearance of outstanding cash receipts from customer, withholding tax calculation and the weekly collection forecast
• Perform monthly AP and bank reconciliation including revaluation and ensure the timely resolution of outstanding items
• Preparation of Payment related Risk Control Framework (RCF)
• Create/Update supplier master data in Synergy system
• Assist Team Lead in any others matter when necessary

Required Skills and Abilities

You Offer

• Undergraduate in Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Actuarial Science or equivalent
• No experience required as intern will undergoing training with the Reporting team
• Knowledge in MS Excel and basic Accounting are added advantages
• Able to communicate well in English
• Applicants must be willing to work in G Tower(Next to Ampang Park LRT)
• 1 Internship position(s) for duration of 3-6 month(s)
