[Samsung C&T] Office Administration - Entry Level

Samsung C&T is a trading & investment arm of an international conglomerate involved in a broad range of businesses including, but not limited to, international trading of key industrial materials such as steel and chemicals as well as fertilisers and other commodity products and developing eco-friendly business. 


Role outline

We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our professional and supportive team in Sydney CBD. This role is a 12-month contract with a strong view to permanent placement, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to establish a long-term career within a global organization.


Duties include but are not limited to:

• Sales & Order Management: Manage the B2B order cycle by receiving customer orders via phone and email and accurately entering data into the ERP system.

• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with external warehouses and transport providers to coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

• Operational Reporting: Check stock availability across warehouses and support basic inventory tracking and operational reporting.

• General Administration: Other general office duties, as required 


About You 

• Recent graduates are welcome – No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

• A high degree of reliability 

• Comfortable with structured, repetitive operational tasks (this role focuses on operational excellence rather than sales/marketing)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Professional with the ability to effectively handle sensitive and confidential information
