Examples of what you will do:
- Finance end to end: Learn the basics, immerse yourself in all facets of the Finance team from financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting & analysis, business partnering, internal audit, investor relations and treasury
- Impact financial performance: Contribute and make decisions that directly impact the financial performance of the Group.
- Financial control: Learn the importance of maintaining robust financial control and upholding the integrity of the numbers that we report to the external stakeholders, the public market and executive leadership team and Board of Directors.
- Trusted partner and advisor: Becoming a business partner, an advisor that works hand in hand with the business and providing it with advice, financial information and insights that will shape and influence real business decisions.
- Scrutinise and improve: Perform in depth analysis of critical operational processes within and outside of Finance, determining key risks and implementing improvements and/or controls to mitigate risks to the Group and protecting shareholder value.
- Lead from the ground up: Get involved in the operations including planning, communications and execution, building your skills in delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Grow with great people: Work alongside supportive and talented leaders who will coach, mentor and help you build strong professional networks.
You'll also take part in an 8-week group project to solve a real business challenge, working alongside fellow graduates.
Before applying for the program, please ensure you meet our eligibility requirements:
- Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident
- Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the last three years prior to the program start date of February 2026 (2023, 2024 or 2025)
- Be available and eligible to commence the role in our Sydney head office in March 2026
