ASX Graduate Program – Business/Commercial

All backgrounds with a strong commercial or analytical  focus will be considered including (but not limited to):

Additional qualification or education in Financial Markets is a bonus! 

Examples of what you will do: 

  • Identify and design our next generation of products:
    • Define the vision and success criteria for products, using customer insights and market analysis to shape product strategy.
    • Collaborate with customers, external and internal stakeholders to identify compelling product opportunities.
    • Support the development of business cases and related documentation to support funding and decision making.
    • Develop and manage products across the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch, growth and maturity.
    • Create and manage product roadmaps to clearly outline the vision, direction, priorities, and progress for key stakeholders.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance existing products to deliver timely customer-driven and business outcomes
  • Support our divisional business development and product delivery teams: 
    • Collaborate with product and commercial management experts to build out and define the vision and business goals for future development of ASX Information Services products and services.
    • Work closely with the Product Delivery team to define user stories and requirements, to support the design, development and launch stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Work with partners and stakeholders across the ASX group:
    • Ensure cross-enterprise enablement functions (Technology, Risk Management, Finance, Legal, and Enterprise Customer & Operations). are proactively engaged in product initiatives, supporting the prioritisation and successful delivery.
    • Leverage new product ways of working being developed across the group to ensure seamless integration and alignment of divisional initiatives with broader business objectives.

You'll also take part in an 8-week group project to solve a real business challenge, working alongside fellow graduates.

Before applying for the program, please ensure you meet our eligibility requirements: 

  • Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident
  • Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the last three years prior to the program start date of February 2026 (2023, 2024 or 2025)
  • Be available and eligible to commence the role in our Sydney head office in March 2026
