About the Role

This role is responsible for working closely with business stakeholders (Relationship Credit and Relationship Management teams)  to deliver timely and optimised customer outcomes for lending facilities and collateral management.  Delivery of outcomes includes facility set up, maintenance and ongoing management of lending facilities in core systems such as Loan IQ, Orion, Razor etc.

What will your day look like?

As a Lending Operations Analyst, you will:

 

  • Building strong working relationships with business stakeholders to provide superior customer support.
  • Accurate and timely set up of lending facilities in core systems such as Orion and Loan IQ. [data]
  • Accurate and timely collection of fee and interest income. [processing]
  • Accurate and timely completion other assigned tasks.  Whether set up, fee collection or other assigned tasks, you are accountable to ensure workflow tools inclusive of OCP reflect accurately at all times.
  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment within Lending Client Services and the wider Institutional Operations Australia business.
  • Ensuring self-compliance with all Edge accreditation as well as compliance with documented processes, procedures and policies.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Detailed knowledge of banking systems such as CACHE, Orion, Loan IQ and Razor or a willingness to learn and a proven track record of being a fast learner. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through all issues to completion.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Sound knowledge and ability to use Microsoft products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • High quality verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working within an operational environment.
