What You Will Do

• Coordinate with project teams to prepare proposals, marketing and presentation materials. 
• Monitor and maintain system database. 
• Prepare regular reports. 
• Provide administrative support to the Director. 
• Assist in other job duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Fresh graduate with Bachelor's degree or above. 
• Experience in the architectural / urban planning industry is desirable. 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese. 
• Self-motivated and hands-on team-player with the ability to multitask, able to work with initiative and unsupervised. 
• Flexible, detailed-minded, able to follow guidelines and deliver. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential; ability to communicate well with project teams and clients. 
• Proficient in PowerPoint, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and other design software is an advantage
