Join AECOM's Perth Water Resources team as a Graduate Hydrologist, supporting flood, drainage, and water resources projects across mining, development, and government clients

Work alongside experienced engineers and hydrologists on a variety of projects spanning flood modelling, stormwater management, and catchment assessments

How you’ll make a difference: 

• Assist in the development of hydrologic and hydraulic models (e.g. TUFLOW, RORB, HEC-RAS) for flood and drainage studies
• Support data collection, GIS analysis, and catchment delineation for project inputs
• Contribute to technical reports, design drawings, and client deliverables under senior guidance
• Assist with site investigations, data gathering, and field assessments as required
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including transport and mining teams, as well as civil, environmental, and structural engineers
• Support preparation of proposals and scopes of work

• Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or have completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Hydrology, or a related field.  
• Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.  
• Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2027. 
• Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in Australia before applying.
