The Programme 

The person hired for this position will be responsible for learning and supporting the Process Engineering activities at the 3M Ranjangaon, Pune plant.

What You Will Do 

• He/She will be responsible for understanding and executing continuous improvement projects for different value streams at 3M Ranjangaon, Pune plant.  
• Work closely with operations team to design and implement safe & sustainable manufacturing systems.  
• Use engineering knowledge & skills to drive change management process while implementing improvement actions.
